Self-Assessment!
Not having a clear picture or assessment of our strengths and weaknesses as a leader or manager of our group, limits our capability to tap the opportunities laid down in front of us, and our ability to avoid or engage the day to day threats to our organization. By clearly knowing our strengths and weaknesses, we begin to appreciate better the opportunities and threats we encounter.
