The man at the Top!
Do we understand now, why very few violators come from those who made the rules? They simply amend or change the rules, when these adversely affect them. Is this healthy for the organization? It could be YES and NO. It all really depends on the judgment of the top-man and his values. Can you appreciate now, how crucial the selection of a top-man can be? The man at the helm can make or break an organization. Tsk!Tsk! Tsk! Unfortunately, you don’t select who the top man is. So, whenever, you have the chance to select the top man, better to do it well.
